An unmanned crossing...

Walking down the memory lanes I came across a thought in mind what would I have been if there was no man at every crossing my mind came across. Would I be a free thinker fearless guy or a sincere child following every order or would I be a spoilt brat. Perhaps every crossing was not manned which made me a mix of three guys I talked about, which makes me as most of the children in this country are. While doing a railway crossing survey I found this analogy with the life of most of the Indian children. Let’s walk through the life of three guys Abhay, Vinu and  Pratap who are at their twenties.
Abhay being the son of a Principal was always treated as student at his home. He was not allowed to sleep late, come home late in the evening, and party with friends. He was always told to study and visit temples, which he never wanted to do. He was the one who was made to think in a way as his parents wanted thus manned at every crossing his mind came across. As a result when he was out for higher studies he lost in this world and became a spoilt brat.

Vinu was allowed to do whatever he wants with lessons of good and bad. He learnt family values, traditions and prejudices while growing and became a sincere child. He always scored good grades and always saw everything through the prism of tradition and values thus started getting partially confined. He was always in a dilemma whether to enjoy the world or remain sincere. As a result he became a child who was not completely manned at every crossing his mind came across. So when he was out he became a mix of brat and a sincere child.

Pratap’s family did not worry too much about his studies and left him to grow as he wished to grow. He got the financial support from family. He was allowed work out, study, party as his choice. He learnt about the realities of the world himself. He became average in studies and but the master of getting the work done on his own. Since he got the freedom he tried everything and decided what is good and bad for him. His crossing was never manned.

Let’s find out what they are doing now Abhay is lost in the world and could not achieves anything, Vinu landed a job making enough money but not happy with his work. Vinu fear to take the risk and follow a defined path and his thoughts are confined. Pratap just started ripening the fruits of his upbringing and enjoying his work. He became a free thinker fearless guy. Every day he does new things and is always open to anything. Most of us become Vinu and there are very few Pratap.

Manned crossing are required to protect people from accidents not to shape their path. Similarly a child should be protected not censured.  A mind should be allowed to tracks its own path and learn the art of living.  Too much protection makes a mind weak and vulnerable. Let a mind to get his/her hand dirty on the field. All the famous people shaped their life as they wished and never allowed anybody to censure every crossing they came across. To censure everything a mind wants and limits his flight is worst then killing.

Where is your Right To Mistake?

We must thank God or anybody we believe who is the driving force behind this world for giving us The Right To Mistake. The right which is written in the creators own constitution and no body can amend it. What would be the world if there is no mistakes.............

The world would be same as it was during primitive years. There would be no innovation, no progress and we must be living nomadic life. No progress, no fire , no cars , no crackers how boring it would be, a desire less world or a challenge less world. There would be no google if a "OL" did not change to "LE".

There is something which provides life to mistakes and make them so special. We discover our best of memories when we make mistakes, we create the most hilarious situation by doing mistakes while speaking, writing or performing.  Mistakes brings emotions, it makes us laugh, cry or fly.

We discover ourselves by mistakes, our childhood is the best example. Most of the students who follow all the rules , do everything on time in fear of not making a mistake usually lives a mediocre life, where as history is created by those who never care for it, who try to live their life their own way. Thus the former kind of students could not learn what the latter kind of students learn. The second type of guys are more popular among girls which is the coolest benefit of their mistakes.

It has been beautifully said that we fall in love by mistake, perhaps the most beautiful thing in life.
This mistake we want to repeat again and again. Not everybody is so lucky to commit this mistake.

We can quote numerous examples around. Now-a-days people forget their right to mistake. Look around yourself you will find a lot of people doing what they are expected to do. They neither try to look for other ways, nor they are allowed to do so. Most of the people do not like their jobs still they do it because they afraid what if they make a mistake and could not succeed. People get type caste could not discover what they are.

Perhaps the govt should start a movement of Right To Make A Mistake but even our PM doesn't have the right to do it. The way media reported his mistake of walking during national anthem in Russia shows this. Celebrities, eminent people also have the right to make a mistake.

On a lighter note use this beautiful right of yours, make mistakes, do what you want, ask silly question, fall in love , run , cry but never feel shy, try to be meticulous in using the Words SORRY, OOPS, OH SHIT and making excuses.

So are you using your Right To Mistakes????.

The Biscuit Bite

Excited and lost in thought of going home after a long time, Ajay was waiting for the train at Ujjain Railway Station. He was observing the people roaming around the station, eating snacks, spitting on the platform, a typical Indian railway station scenario. He got up from his chair and went to buy a magazine, a packet of Biscuit and a bottle of mineral water. Singing in his thoughts and dancing to the rhythm of life he came back to the same chair and settled himself.
Everything went well today with him. His teacher appreciated him for his presentation,  the presentation he worked so hard for. He also had patch up with his girlfriend.  The thing which he never thought would happen after such a big fight. All this was like a topping on the cake for him which just added to his happiness of going home.
Ajay was a  unique guy who loved to observe the people and their actions. According to him this country was full of madness and he was one of the representatives of this crazy world. Sometimes he liked to dance alone in the room , indulge in soliloquy, smile for nothing. He had the habit of assuming himself in different situations and thinking how would he behave . He was the king of his own world, serious, funny, mad, crazy, dumb, intelligent all sorts of traits and confused. A painters creation in which all the colors got mixed unfortunately but a fortunate piece of art produced. He was the best to be called as "Antique or Namoona" as we call in India.
While he was laughing in his thoughts he saw a  poor boy aged around 8 years with his two younger brothers. They all were representing the miserable conditions of poor people in India. His brothers were asleep and the boy was looking at them. All three of them in ragged Nikkar and a half shirt. Their hairs were dirty and face were dark.. Ajay opened the packet of  biscuit and and started eating. Suddenly he thought of making them smile so he gave some biscuits to elder boy. The boy accepted them with both the hands.

The real pleasure of life is not in owning something  but in giving something. What surprised him that instead of eating, the boy kept them in his pocket. Ajay got curious why he did so. There he got what he was looking for. He got somebody to observe, to laugh or to write about.   After 15 mins his younger brothers woke up. The elder brother took out  all the biscuits from his pocket gave them to his younger ones. What an unexpected thing happened raising the eyelids of Ajay and was forcing him to change his spectacles to view it from different angles. Ajay was expecting the elder one to eat all but the opposite happened. That's how life is everybody's eye lens has different focal length.  Surprise was not over for him. Both the brothers got excited and took them happily. But they want their elder brother to eat first and gave him back. They were so stubborn in their effort that they made the elder one to eat first. Finally they shared with each other and ate them.

Surprised Ajay felt overjoyed. He was feeling the sweetness in their love and innocence in their relationship. What a sight of love among the poor fellows. Ajay got delighted so he gave them all the biscuits he had . They shared them with laughter and gave one biscuit to a nearby dog also.
No matter whether you are rich or poor what matters is the size of our heart. We are not the owner of our happiness and means, they should be shared with the world.. The poor fellows with limited or no means but with a superb heart made the day of Ajay.
